This Refund Policy describes how DIGI LEAK handles cancellations and refunds. Because we provide immediate access to digital content and third-party signals, the following terms apply. This is a template for a test build and should be reviewed by legal counsel before production use.
Cancellations
You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time from your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
Monthly plans
Because access and signals are delivered immediately, monthly fees already billed are generally non-refundable once the billing period has begun, except where required by applicable consumer-protection law.
Lifetime plans
Lifetime purchases may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase provided access has not been substantially used. After this window, lifetime purchases are non-refundable.
How to request a refund
Email mklantry@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
Chargebacks
If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may result in suspension of access.
